ISO 14001:2000

Safe Records Management is currently in the process of attaining accreditation for ISO 14001. On completion, this will enable the organisation to operate in a more cost efficient and environmentally responsible manner by managing its impacts, including those which it can control and influence while also complying with relevant environmental legislation and its own environmental policy.

Through nationwide coverage we are able to offer archiving and storage that meets BS 5454 which incorporates full temperature and humidity control together with gas suppression that protects against fire and in the unlikely event of such an outbreak, detection systems enable a fire to be total extinguished within seconds.
